I was pretty happy to read that my Sony Xperia Arc is going to get icecream sandwich update next year, although it will be after April 2012. Better late than never!

I'm kind of impressed even by the new Sony Ericsson software update that I got done yesterday especially the new email client, that provides a nice preview mode and a way to pull up or down the email list on top of the preview.
But, something really basic missing in the SE apps is a simple note application?!
Wonder why they did not include a simple notepad type of app? Otherwise I love the camera and video recording.
Anyway one phone to really watch out for in 2012 is the Sony Xperia Arc HD.
